STANDARD SHIPPING INFORMATION

All packages are shipped in the order they are received. 
Please allow 5-10 business days for arrival of your order due to the increase
of shipping times because of COVID-19. 
This does not include the 1-3 business day processing time frame. 
Your billing and shipping address MUST match, there will be NO EXCEPTIONS! 
If the address does not match, your order will be immediately cancelled
and the funds will return to your card based on your financial institution. 

All shipping confirmations and tracking numbers will be sent via email once 
orders have departed the fulfillment center. Please allow the full processing time frame to receive your tracking number. Signature will be required upon delivery of the package, please ensure that you or someone else will be home to sign for your package. If you're unable to do so, please visit usps.com to request to have your package delivered at another time or held at your local USPS office for pickup.

CANCELLATIONS

To ensure speedy arrival of your product, orders are unable to be cancelled. 
However they can be modified within 24 hours if the product is available. 
All requests for modifications must be done in writing, including your full name, address, email, order number and the product you wish to modify including the replacement you wish to receive. Requests must then be emailed to sale@divineandposhhair.com

REFUNDS

We inspect all hair before shipment in order to ensure consistency and quality. 
Due to health regulations, hygiene concerns and the nature of this product,
there are no refunds! Hair extensions cannot be resold after being handled or 
worn by the consumer. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Refunds will only 
be granted if error falls on the company's fulfillment. In this case, your request 
for refund must be made in writing and the package must be returned 
within five business days of error at consumers expense. Please add a tracking 
number when shipping products back, we do not guarantee that 
we will receive your returned item. Once the package is received in SAME condition, original packaging, and inspected, we will notify you by e-mail that we 
received your returned item. We will also notify you of approval or denial 
of your refund request. If you are approved your refund will be processed 
within 1-2 business days and funds will be deposited back into your account based on your financial institution. 

STORE CREDIT/ EXCHANGES

Once you’ve received your product/products, if you are not satisfied for whatever reason and would like to exchange your purchase, You have 5 business day to send/give hair back. You will then be given a store credit in the amount of the value during that time of purchase, upon approval. There are no refunds! Please add a tracking number when shipping products back, we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Hair extensions cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the consumer. Once the package is received in SAME condition, original packaging, and inspected, we will notify you by e-mail that we received your returned item. We will also notify you of approval or denial of your store credit/ Exchange request. You will be sent an E-gift card with the store credit. Store Credits have no expiration date. If the hair is altered we will return the hair back to you. All Sales are final on custom coloring.

LOCAL PICKUP

We do offer local pickup in the Brooklyn,NY area. Please select local at check out, 
you will then receive a text to confirm your pickup request which will include date, 
exact location and time. You are required to respond to this text to secure your request. Electronic signature will be required upon pickup. 

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. 
Please note that once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of the item. In the case that your package is lost or stolen, you are responsible to file a claim with USPS. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE if your address has been set for forwarding. If you place an order and your address is a forwarding address, you are responsible for contacting USPS or the forwarding company to locate your package. You WILL NOT be refunded for lost or stolen packages.
